"Bohra Community Celebrates Eid Ul Fitr Today

 

• Eid prayers were offered in various cities including Karachi.
• The Bohra community in Karachi offered Eid prayers at Tahiri Congregation.
• Special prayers were also offered for country’s prosperity and sovereignty.

KARACHI: The members of Dawoodi Bohra community are celebrating Eid ul Fitr on Friday.

Eid prayers were offered in various cities including Karachi, attended by a large number of people belonging to the Bohra community.

The Bohra community in Karachi offered Eid prayers at Tahiri Congregation Saddar Town.

Special prayers were also offered for the country’s prosperity, sovereignty and law, order by the community.

However, people embraced each other in a traditional way during the celebration of the Bohra community.

Strict security arrangements were made on the occasion of the Eid prayer of the Bohra community.

It should be noted that Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated today in Gulf states including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and United Arab Emirates (UAE) .

Earlier, The Shawwal moon could not be sighted in Pakistan and  Eid ul Fitr will be celebrated across the country on Saturday making Ramadan of 30 days
